A natural amethyst cut by hand into a shield — five sides, a flat table, shallow facets running to the edges. Not a shape you find in a supplier's tray. The colour is a clear mid-violet that goes almost lilac where the light passes through. Set in a close hand-forged bezel that follows every angle of the cut, on a wide polished band. The geometry of the stone is the whole design. Stone cut, shaped and set by hand in the workshop — Nafplio, Greece. No molds, no casting, no plating. One of a kind.
